Lyman Mill Lofts, Winner of the 2019 Rhody Award

Historical Lyman Mill located in North Providence, Rhode Island. Built in 1809 and then converted into 109 luxury apartments, with specialized amenities in 2016. Upon completion of the Lyman Mill Lofts the historical conversion was awarded the 2019 Rhody Award for Historic Preservation.
